Rules for online bookings:
- The online bookings portal is exclusively for bookings lasting two hours or less. All other bookings must be made by emailing the bookings officer at bookings@nsc.asn.au.
- A gap of 30 minutes between each booking must be respected (check the calendar).
- During the booking process, you must write under "notes" both the intended use of the clubhouse facilities and the number of attendees expected, or your request may be rejected.
- An invoice will be emailed to you once your booking has been approved by the bookings officer.
- By booking through this portal, you are agreeing to the Conditions of Hire.
Longer Hire:
If you wish to book the clubhouse for more than 2 hours, contact the bookings officer at bookings@nsc.asn.au. A price list can be found in the Conditions of Hire.
